Welcome to another season of Youth Soccer. Because some of you are new to this, I will review the responsibilities and the how tos of reporting team scores.
Each Team MUST report their teams score after Every Game to me, Maurice Carroll, the VUSA "Recreational teams" Scorekeeper. Some teams assign a designated parent, mostly though the coaches are ultimately responsible to call them in.
I need all scores reported to me by 8:00 Saturday night so I can meet my commitment of reporting the scores to CYSF. If I dont get the scores from your team, this will effect the placement, divisionally, for the second half of the season.
Report Scores via email :
1. All scores should be emailed to me with the information below: VUSA Scorekeeper (click to email) ==> hint: if you copy/paste the 9 items below into an email, it will be very easy to be sure you've captured everything I need. 1. Your Name and Phone Number: 2. Gender/Age (eg. GU13 for girls U13): 3. Division: 4. Your Team's Name: 5. Your Team's Score: 6. Opposing Team's Club: (eg. BG, CW, EI, LR, PR, SC, WS) 7. Opposing Team's Name: 8. Opposing Team's Score: 9. Comments about Game:
If I can get the scores emailed or called in, every effort is made by the CYSF scorekeeper to call them into the Columbian for the Monday Evening Edition and the VUSA Website Webmaster to have them posted by late Sunday Evening.
